Contract Exchange
Once a buyer has been found, contracts are signed and exchanged — making the sale legally binding. We oversee the entire process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and peace of mind.
- Arrange signing and electronic exchange of contracts

- Review adjustment calculations for council / water etc

Settlement
Settlement is the final stage — when ownership is officially transferred and you receive your sale proceeds. We coordinate all parties to ensure a smooth and timely completion.
- Liaise with your lender to discharge any existing mortgage
- Review and confirm settlement statements and adjustments
- Coordinate with the buyer’s conveyancer and financial institutions
- Manage electronic settlement through PEXA
- Confirm receipt of sale funds and notify your agent to release the keys

Stage 1
The first stage in our process and one of the most important is to have the Contract of Sale prepared so you can legally market the property for sale. We will customise your contract with any required special conditions and ensure its legally binding.
Stage 2
The second stage covers everything from Exchange of contracts through to settlement. This stage is separated in our pricing so if you don’t ultimately secure a buyer for your property, you only pay for the first stage in the process.
