Christie was looking to return to the workforce after taking time off on maternity leave and struggled to find a flexible working arrangement. Eventually Christie decided to create her own modern take on conveyancing where she could provide conveyancing services to clients without the need for them to attend an office. Since then, we have grown significantly and now service hundreds of clients every year who are keen to benefit from our flexible and convenient service.

Role – Christie is the firms Principal and oversees all conveyancing matters. Her main focus is to provide clients with initial legal advice about their transaction and ensure their interest remain fully protected throughout their matter. Christie very much enjoys the client contact aspect of her role and prides herself on providing the best possible service to all her clients.
Experience – Christie has worked in conveyancing for over 10 years in both large city law firms and small regional firms. Her experience comes from a wide range of conveyancing areas from standard residential matters, to more complex off the plan and commercial matters.
Qualifications – Christie has an Associate Degree in Law (AssocDegLaw) from Southern Cross University and is a fully licensed conveyancer in the state of NSW.
Role – Quyen holds the position of Senior Conveyancer and has a very broad role within the firm. Her main focus is to manage and oversee all the logistics of each matter and to liaise with the various parties to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Quyen enjoys the fast paced and varied nature of conveyancing and prides herself on her ability to get things done under pressure.
Experience – Quyen has worked in conveyancing for over 8 years within the Sydney area. Her experience covers the full spectrum of conveyancing matters from basic residential, to commercial and leasing matters.
Qualifications – Quyen has a Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Western Sydney and is a fully Licensed Conveyancer in NSW.
Role – Sandra is the firm’s Administration Assistant and has a very broad role within the firm. Her main focus is to manage all the offices administrative requirements. Sandra prides herself on keeping the office organised and running smoothly.
Experience – Sandra has worked in administration for many years across many different industries. Her experience in administration ensures our office remains organised and up to date.
Qualifications – Sandra holds a Certificate 3 in Office Administration from TAFE NSW.
Role – Ryan assists the firm with its financial, marketing and general business development activities. His main focus is to provide financial reporting and drive growth in the business through various marketing campaigns and strategic planning. Ryan very much enjoys the business development aspect of the role and is committed to increasing the role of online conveyancing within the industry.
Experience – Ryan has worked in accounting for over 10 years in both law firms and property companies. His experience in both general accounting and small business development has greatly assisted us to grow the business and offer better service to our clients.
Qualifications – Ryan has a Bachelor of Business (BBus) majoring in accounting from Southern Cross University and is an associate CPA Australia member.
